Stormwater Compliance

  • Prepare and update the Industrial Stormwater General Permit Stormwater Prevention Plan (SWP3)
  • Conduct Routine Facility Inspections and annual comprehensive evaluations
  • Provide stormwater monitoring kits and prepare Discharge Monitoring Reports for submittal as required by regulatory authorities
  • Prepare reporting as required by regulatory authorities
  • Assist in corrective actions as necessary
  • Conduct Stormwater Training

Management of Wastewater

  • Manage kiln condensate to prevent illegal discharges
  • Manage wastewater stream form boiler blowdown, vehicle wash, etc.

Spill Prevention

  • Prepare and update Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans
  • Conduct Monthly SPCC Inspections of all oil and petroleum product storage
  • Conduct SPCC Training

Waste Management

  • Conduct Waste Management Audits to identify all waste streams
  • Prepare Waste Management Plans to identify site-specific waste management methods
  • Prepare Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans
  • Prepare Hazardous Waste Minimization Plans
  • Prepare Hazardous Waste Reporting and Management Fees
  • Conduct Hazardous Waste Training

Hazardous Materials

  • Prepare Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) Title III reports and notifications
    • Tier II Reporting of Hazardous Material Storage
    • Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting of Releases of Toxic Chemicals

Environmental Compliance

  • Perform Environmental Compliance Audits
    • Evaluation of current compliance level of facility
    • Determination of the applicability of any overlooked environmental requirements

Safety Compliance

  • Conduct Combustible Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA)
