Flexible Work Schedules and Alternating Fridays Off
Employees choose their daily work schedule so it fits best with their lifestyle. Also, employees can take every other Friday (or Monday) off, so three-day weekends come every other week.
Paid Time Off and Holidays
Employees are provided 10-hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO), with the ability to accrue up to 120 hours annually. CTI offers nine paid holidays a year.
We offer Paid Parental Leave (PPL) of 4 weeks for the primary caregiver and 2 weeks for the secondary caregiver. This paid benefit is available to all eligible employees after one year at CTI.
Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance plus 50% Spouse & Family Subsidy
CTI covers 100% of the cost of employees’ medical, dental, and vision insurance from a major provider, and we pay for 50% of the cost of coverage for spouses and eligible children – something not offered by other firms.
Medical Deductible Cost Sharing
CTI provides 50% reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical expenses that are applied toward the medical insurance deductible for employees, spouses, and eligible children.
Disability Income Protection Insurance
Employees are automatically provided Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance. After 90 days of consecutive disability, the LTD policy takes effect and provides payment of 60% of your base salary.
SIMPLE IRA and Matching Contribution
CTI offers eligible employees access to a high-quality, low-cost Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees (SIMPLE) IRA plan provided by Fidelity Investments. Under the plan, eligible employees can contribute up to $12,500 per year of non-taxable income to their SIMPLE IRA. CTI provides matching funds on an annual basis, up to 3% of the employee’s base salary.
Flexible Spending Accounts for Health and Dependent Care
Payroll deductions from pre-tax earnings may be placed in an account to be used for medical reimbursements or child/dependent care reimbursements based on eligible expenses.
CTI offers a company sponsored life insurance policy for all employees.
