LEADERSHIP IN ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (LEED) CONSULTING AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES
CTI’s staff includes LEED Accredited Professionals who assist clients in obtaining U.S. Green Building Council LEED Certification. CTI uses the LEED rating system as a framework for the energy and environmental design and is currently managing the LEED Certifications process for numerous projects.

LEED Sustainable Design Collaboration (Click for more information)
CTI facilitates a collaborative process for design professionals and their clients to establish project goals for sustainable design and energy efficiency. CTI also provides a preliminary assessment (“LEED Checklist”) of the project as well as planning and coaching to meet certification requirements.

LEED Consulting and Documentation (Click for more information)
CTI identifies and integrates viable sustainable design strategies into new construction, commercial interiors, core and shell, or existing facilities. CTI can develop the policies and practices and organize the preparation and online submittal of LEED documentation to obtain official LEED Certification. CTI also assists in specifying products, materials, and practices necessary for LEED Certification.
