NEWS:
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released Appendix A, a list of approximately 300 chemicals and associated "screening threshold quantities", to its Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (Title 6 CFR Part 27) on November 2, 2007. If a facility possesses a specified quantity or more of a listed chemical, the facility must register online with DHS and submit an online consequence assessment (i.e. a Top-Screen submission).
