| Government guidelines, written programs, and specific safety measures taken by a company are all vital in promoting safety and health. However, they are worthless if the employees don't know about them, don't care about them, or don't follow the proper procedures in dealing with them. To achieve maximum comprehension of the information, CTI presents complex government guidelines to employees through a vivid PowerPoint presentation. This presentation is supplemented with training tools such as videos (site-specific, instructional, and entertaining), site-specific photos, demonstrations, drills, facility walk-throughs, handouts, enjoyable activities, as well as various incentives for employee involvement in the training. In other words, employees are encouraged to understand specific concepts cognitively, helped to understand them through interaction and audio-visual entertainment, and required to display their understanding with hands-on activities.
